Senior Loan Systems Administrator
will work in a team environment with existing helpdesk and developers under the direction of the CTO. Responsibilities
Resolve user issues, maintain and implement changes to ACM’s loan origination systems (Encompass), point of sale system (nCino) and support third‑party integrations Collaborate closely with ACM’s Instructional design team and developers to make changes to loan systems for increased automation and efficiency Provide training and guidance on procedures and best practices to be developed with the learning team and distributed by recording in our Learning Management System or by live webinar Work with department managers and executive leadership to ensure business needs are met while adhering to best practices and meeting availability goals Mentor junior admins and delegating projects as necessary Qualifications
Six or more years of experience directly administrating Encompass. Must have knowledge of ITIL, Change Management, software development, utilizing a ticketing system to organize and complete user requests, and should be adaptable to a fast‑paced environment Broad knowledge of mortgage loan origination activities, loan programs, and regulatory requirements Strong knowledge of third‑party services including verification, credit, appraisal, title, pricing, and automated underwriting services as they relate to mortgage loan origination Six years of experience directly supporting Encompass by ICE, including administrating business rules, input forms, and third‑party plugins Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and courtesy Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Experience with VB.net and interfacing with API’s Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or similar
