- Envoyer les listes de prix, programmes et documents aux clients;
- Préparer et mettre à jour différents tableaux de ventes et objectifs;
- Compiler et organiser des listes de prospects;
- Participer à la création de contenu pour les réseaux sociaux;
- Prendre des photos et vidéos de projets, véhicules et produits;
- Supporter l’équipe des ventes dans différentes tâches administratives et marketing.
- Excellent français écrit et parlé;
- Bonne capacité d’organisation;
- Personne fiable, efficace et autonome;
- À l’aise avec les outils informatiques;
- Bon sens de l’initiative;
- Capacité à bien gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois;
- Se débrouiller en anglais est un atout.
ATOUTS SUPPLÉMENTAIRES
- Intérêt pour l’automobile ou l’architecture;
- Expérience en création de contenu ou réseaux sociaux;
- Connaissance d’Excel, Canva ou outils similaires.
