The Sales Operations Specialist will play an integral part in supporting the sales team with various day‑to‑day activities, such as preparing dashboards, reporting, customer pricing schedules, facilitating customer contracts, waste profiling, CRM support, analyzing sales data, customer direct communications, and working with operations to determine capabilities, set and manage scheduling, and coordinate with necessary corporate functions to assist in executing a sale.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Write analytical copy for internal and external audiences, coordinating with subject matter experts (SMEs).
Ensure the integrity, quality, consistency, and accuracy of key data, supporting information, and standard materials, and report on that data.
Work with SMEs to collect, develop, and maintain relevant CRM materials.
Collaborate with all stakeholders to resolve any issues in a timely fashion.
Follow up with SMEs when data is incorrect or incomplete.
Organize data and generate deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
Assist the sales team in understanding current accounts, prospect identification, and acquisition/growth strategies; support administrative workflows, including analyzing and monitoring information related to specific opportunities in the CRM platform.
Provide pricing and contract support to the sales team as needed.
Monitor and analyze key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions, and coordinate and ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts.
Ensure sales process adoption and compliance, and identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to increase sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Build and maintain cross‑functional relationships to enhance support for the sales team.
Review and respond to specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and experience; deliver on all support requests in compliance with company expectations and values.
Perform other job duties as assigned or apparent.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience organizing and supporting a diverse group of contributors and stakeholders to achieve objectives.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and other Microsoft Office Suite applications, as well as Salesforce and Power BI.
Effective organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
Excellent analytical capabilities and strong commercial acumen.
Ability to gather and analyze data and generate reports.
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; ability to work in matrix environments with a wide range of stakeholders.
Ability to work with stakeholders from all levels of the organization.
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
3 years of experience in sales content marketing and data analytics.
Working knowledge of the sales process and experience with CRM management.
Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $71,400.00 to $98,100.00*, which reflects the minimum wage in multiple jurisdictions. The actual range will depend on the locality in which you are hired.
