As a Fullstack Developer at Reachable, you’ll report directly to the Founders and play a key role in shaping the product experience for our rapidly growing user base. While you’ll be comfortable working across the full stack, your focus will be on delivering world‑class frontend experiences that make learning intuitive, playful, and engaging.

What you will need
Proven Experience: Over 3 years of professional experience as a software engineer, with a demonstrated ability to deliver impactful solutions.
Frontend Expertise: At least 1 year of experience with frontend technologies, with a preference for expertise in React.
Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments, demonstrating agility and resilience in the face of change.
Clear Communication: Excellent skills in communicating complex technical ideas with clarity and precision, enabling effective collaboration and decision‑making.
Customer‑Driven Mindset: Passionate about delivering customer‑centric solutions, where creating meaningful value and impact is a top priority.
Product Ownership: A high sense of ownership, with a focus on delivering exceptional solutions that stand the test of time.
