Your primary role is simple:
offer complimentary property inspections . You do not perform the inspection yourself. Once the homeowner agrees, you hand the opportunity off to an
Outside Sales Representative 2 (Closer)
— who conducts the inspection and finalizes the contingency agreement.
This structure allows you to excel at what you do best: meeting people, building rapport, and creating high-quality leads that convert into sales.

What You’ll Be Doing
Engage with homeowners in residential neighborhoods during our “hours of success”
Offer complimentary property inspections (you book appointments; the Closer handles inspections)
Maintain strong communication and a smooth handoff process with your assigned Closer
Build trust and deliver excellent customer experiences
Generate referrals and repeat business through professionalism and service
Show up daily with energy, positivity, and a growth‑focused mindset
Learn directly from experienced leaders and advance as you develop
What You Bring
A self‑driven, motivated attitude— no prior sales experience required
Willingness to work outdoors and knock doors 5 days per week
Strong communication and people skills

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
