Quality Control & analyses:
- Uitvoeren en opvolgen van kwaliteitsanalyses
- Opvolgen van temperatuurmetingen en kritische procesparameters
- Signaleren en bespreken van niet-conforme resultaten
- Deelname aan de keuring van kazen
- Bewaken en evalueren van persoonlijke en algemene hygiëne op de werkvloer
- Actief aanwezig zijn in de productieomgeving
- Het sensibiliseren van medewerkers
- Het uitvoeren van hygiënerondgangen
- Nauwgezette administratieve opvolging van kwaliteitsprocessen
- Uitvoeren van interne audits
- Registreren, analyseren en opvolgen van klachten
Profiel
- Je behaalde een hogere opleiding in een wetenschappelijke richting (biotechnologie, biochemie, agrovoeding, …).
- Je bent analytisch en kritisch ingesteld.
- Je hebt sterke administratieve vaardigheden.
- Je bent hands-on ingesteld en neemt initiatief.
- Je hebt kennis van kwaliteitsstandaarden.
- Je bent een echte teamplayer op zoek naar een familiale spirit.
- Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pluspunt.
