JR2987Thank you for considering a career with the Research Foundation of The City University of New York (RFCUNY).The team at RFCUNY is made up of dedicated, talented professionals committed to providing the services that allow CUNY researchers, faculty, and staff to focus on their intellectual curiosity and scientific discoveries.We are pleased that you are interested in exploring opportunities to join RFCUNY.Primary Location:OFFICE OF VC - FACILIT PLAN, CONSTRUC & MGMTBargaining Unit:NoThe City University Construction Fund (CUCF) is a New York State public benefit corporation that manages the $3 billion capital construction program for the design and construction of space required to support the educational mandate of the City University of New York (CUNY).**Duties and Responsibilities:**Provide quality assurance of worksheet data, adjusting where necessary in accordance with the PMO* Assist in analyzing and maintaining project-related data used for reporting and tracking* Manage master data including creation, compilation, updates, and deletion* Manage project data in PMWeb and project creations, then update and train staff, as required* Work in Excel to clean, organize, validate, and analyze data using pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, formulas, and related tools* Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across departments* Other duties as assigned**Qualifications and Core Competencies:*** Enrolled in a CUNY school with at least 45 credits towards a Bachelor’s degree in a data or technical major* Strong attention to detail and comfort in working on large datasets and the ability to present information clearly and accurately* Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint* Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization/reporting tools* Excellent writing, interpersonal skills, customer service, and presentation skills* Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment, changing needs, and shifting priorities* Detail-oriented, well-organized, with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independentlyPay Range:$17.50 per hour**RFCUNY Benefits**
