We're hiring an experienced Office Manager to lead daily office operations, drive accountability, and elevate customer experience in a fast-paced restoration environment. At SERVPRO of San Diego East & Mid-City, culture matters. Our mission is to restore more than property by serving others with excellence and leading with integrity.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage office staff (dispatch, job file coordination, accounting/HR support)
- Oversee scheduling, communication, documentation, and customer experience
- Manage AR/AP, reporting, and key performance metrics
- Maintain compliance, systems, and operational workflows
- Support leadership with planning, reporting, and execution
- 5+ years office management or operations leadership experience
- Strong financial, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Clear communicator who holds standards and drives results
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Full-time, in-person role (MondayFriday)
- Salary based on experience
