Diese Rolle ist nichts für reine Zahlenverwalter. Sie ist für Controller, die Produktion verstehen, Performance steuern und als echter Sparringspartner des Werksleiters agieren. Sie übernehmen eine Schlüsselrolle im Werk Neu-Isenburg – mit Verantwortung weit über den Standort hinaus: Produktionscontrolling, werksübergreifende Steuerung, echter Business Impact.
- Steuerung, Überwachung und Analyse der Produktionskosten sowie Durchführung fundierter Soll-Ist- und Abweichungsanalysen
- Erstellung, Analyse und Weiterentwicklung der Werks-P&L sowie Unterstützung bei Budget- und Forecast-Prozessen
- Entwicklung werksübergreifender Kennzahlen- und Reporting-Konzepte für die deutschen Standorte
- Ausbau des Berichtswesens mit Fokus auf Power BI sowie Tracking von Maßnahmen zur Performance-Steigerung
- Controlling von Investitionsprojekten inklusive Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen und Effizienzanalysen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Werksleitung, Produktion, Logistik und Qualität als kaufmännischer Sparringspartner vor Ort
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Controlling, Finance oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktions- / Werkscontrolling eines produzierenden Unternehmens (z. B. als Werkscontroller, Plant Controller, Produktionscontroller, Business Controller, Finance Business Partner Produktion, Controller Industrial oder vergleichbar)
- Automotive-Erfahrung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP FI/CO, Excel und idealerweise Power BI
- Erfahrung in werksübergreifenden Projekten und im Aufbau von Controlling-Standards
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie starke analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
