Director Of Sales Operations

As our Director of Sales Operations, you will shape the strategy and infrastructure that power our sales engine. By designing scalable processes, data-driven analytics, and effective tools, you'll enable the sales team to surpass targets, streamline operations, and elevate the customer experiencedriving growth across revenue, markets, and client relationships. The Director, Sales Operations reports to the VP of Worldwide Sales and is responsible for all Sales related activities that are not related to selling directly. Fundamentally the role is to create and manage tools to make sales more effective and free up their time to generate revenue. This includes:

  • Customer Service
  • Sales Incentive Plan
  • Split Revenue
  • Quoting
  • Opportunities/Design Wins
  • Forecast
  • Territory Management
  • Reporting
  • Ad Hoc Information Management
  • IT Projects/Sales Automation
  • Systems
  • Data Integrity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience in the Semiconductor industry.
  • Deep knowledge of Semiconductor sales processes, such as ship and debit.
  • Thorough understanding of Excel and PowerPoint. Mastery of MS Access and understanding of relational databases is extremely helpful.
  • Needs to be able to work within all levels in the Corporation from the CEO on down.
  • Must be self-driven and have a high sense of urgency.

Power Integrations is committed to building teams that drive innovation and therefore review a range of factors when determining compensation. The annual base pay range for this position is $183,365 to $263,639. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, qualifications and work location. The range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position in California. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Power Integrations also offers to our eligible employees a comprehensive total rewards package that includes equity, medical benefits, ESPP, 401K, tuition reimbursement and time off programs.
