Als Projectmanager CE & Power Platform ben jij de regisseur van de volledige klantreis: van strategische sessies tot oplevering, beheer en doorontwikkeling. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen business en IT en houdt altijd het overzicht – bij de klant én binnen je team. Samen met consultants, developers en solution architecten vorm je een hecht delivery team dat niet alleen oplevert, maar ook zorgt dat oplossingen écht landen in de organisatie. Jij brengt structuur, ritme en resultaat, en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij vragen, knelpunten of nieuwe kansen. Wat ga je doen?
- Je leidt end-to-end projecten binnen Microsoft CE & Power Platform, met een hybride aanpak die elementen van Agile en Prince2 combineert.
- Je begeleidt klanten praktisch in alle fasen van het project én ondersteunt bij verdere optimalisatie en doorontwikkeling na livegang.
- Je bewaakt scope, planning, budget en risico’s – altijd met oog voor klantbelang.
- Je faciliteert Scrum-events en brengt ritme en focus in het team.
- Je stemt actief af met business, IT en de stuurgroep over prioriteiten en verwachtingen.
- Je stimuleert continue verbetering en denkt proactief mee over het vergroten van klantwaarde.
- Je communiceert helder en daadkrachtig – ook onder druk.
Wat breng jij mee?
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Projectmanager, Delivery Lead of Scrum Master in IT.
- Affiniteit met Microsoft Power Platform en Dynamics 365 CE.
- Ervaring met zowel Prince2/IPMA als Agile werkwijzen (Scrum, SAFe, DSDM).
- Je schakelt makkelijk tussen business en IT in complexe klantomgevingen.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands én Engels.
- Je bent resultaatgericht, pragmatisch en mensgericht.
