Cyber Security/Information Assurance (IA) Functional Specialist Special Advisor Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance, consultation, and thought leadership to the client and project team.
Ensure quality and test‑measurement activities are integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
Validate and verify adherence to specified requirements via test and measurement.
Lead and manage quality assurance activities.
Apply in‑depth expertise in engineering, policy, planning, analysis, training, facilities, communications, design, human capital, business, and management.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in a distinct functional or cross‑functional business area, cross‑market exposure, and relevant certifications.
Strong coordination with senior specialists and task leads.
Knowledge of tools, methodologies, and best practices in Information Assurance and Cyber Security.
Certifications Required/Desired
DOD 8570.01‑M Level III certifications: CISSP, ISSAP, and others.
Must obtain the appropriate DOD 8570.01‑M certification within 90 days of hire.
