RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE
Relevant de l’ingénieur électrique, le titulaire du poste est responsable de la programmation, de l’optimisation et du maintien des systèmes automatisés de l’usine. Il contribue activement à la performance opérationnelle, à la fiabilité des équipements et à l’intégrité des données de procédé. Il agit comme partenaire clé des équipes d’opération, d’entretien et d’ingénierie afin d’assurer des mises en service sécuritaires et une amélioration continue des systèmes automatisés.
Il adhère aux principes de l’entreprise en adoptant un comportement orienté vers le respect, l'intégrité et l'excellence dans un esprit de travail d’équipe.
RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES
• Concevoir, modifier et maintenir les programmes PLC et interfaces HMI
• S’assurer que toute modification ou intégration dans les systèmes automatisés est réalisée de manière sécuritaire pour les personnes et les équipements
• Établit des mises en route ainsi que des mises en services avec les différents départements concernés
• Optimiser le procédé par la programmation et par l’instrumentation selon différentes priorités et demandes
• Participer à l’identification et à la mitigation des risques liés aux systèmes de contrôle
• Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problématiques d’automatisation
• Intégrer et analyse des données
• Identifier et ajuster des protections liées aux démarreurs et aux variateurs
• Documenter les modifications apportées aux systèmes
• Assurer la qualité et la fiabilité des données utilisées pour l’analyse opérationnelle
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d’entretien, d’opération et d’ingénierie
• Toutes autres tâches connexes à l’exercice de ses fonctions
QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES
• BAC en génie électrique / automatisation ou posséder un DEC en génie électrique / instrumentation & contrôle ou toute formation dans un domaine connexe.
• 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en programmation industrielle (milieu minier ou industriel un atout)
