Responsibilities This position will work 100% on-site in Southaven, Mississippi
Provides support with the implementation of the work unit's operational activities, which may include but not be limited to regulatory, licensure and accreditation, inspections, auditing, sample management, and quality and operational metrics. May support, but not limited to the following quality management activities: event management, document and records management, education and training programs. Participates in and supports work unit, divisional and departmental continuous improvement activities. Provides customer service activities for clients external to Mayo Clinic.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship/we will not sponsor or transfer a visa for this role. Also, Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F1 STEM OPT extension program.
This position is a limited-tenure role intended to support the formation, launch, and stabilization of a new company and laboratory. As the organization matures, the role is expected to transition to a permanent infrastructure position within a separate company operating independently from Mayo Clinic Laboratories.
Responsibilities and schedules may vary as operational milestones are achieved with the anticipated post-launch schedules:
First Shift: 2:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Second Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Third shift: 7:00pm- 2:30am
Tues­day–Saturday
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and 2 years relevant experience
OR Associates' degree.
Working in DLMP or a laboratory quality or administrative assistant role preferred.
A strong background in basic computer programs utilized in DLMP, such as Microsoft Office for graphing and process flow.
Must be self-motivated, dependable, possess proven problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently on multiple tasks and complete assignments on time.
Good human relations/communication/organizational skills are needed to interact with various levels of personnel.

Compensation Detail Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.; $22.73 - $32.26/ hour
