Responsibilities
Sell premium mattress and bedding products using our proven selling process and the bedMatch diagnostic sleep system.
Help customers identify the right mattress by measuring 18 key aspects and providing personalized recommendations.
Assist customers with loading mattress purchases onto their vehicles and resetting the showroom floor.
Provide a relaxed, low‑pressure, educational shopping experience focused on improving lives through sleep solutions.
Use tablets, mobile point‑of‑sale systems, and the bedMatch system to facilitate sales.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of large‑ticket or high‑value product sales experience.
Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends; typical 4–5 day week with 40–55 hours.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist with showroom logistics.
Winning team‑oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
Enjoy interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
