End-User Computing (EUC) L1 Engineer
to join our technical team. This role focuses on providing essential technical infrastructure support and ensuring seamless digital workspace operations for our end users.
Key Responsibilities
Hardware Support:
Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Software & OS Management:
Provide first-level support for operating systems and standard enterprise software suites.
Ticket Management:
Monitor and manage the technical support queue, ensuring all incidents and service requests are documented and resolved within agreed-upon timelines.
Deployment:
Assist with hardware refresh cycles and the deployment of new equipment to end users.
Basic Networking:
Troubleshooting basic connectivity issues related to local area networks (LAN) and wireless access points.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
Previous experience in a technical support or desktop support role, ideally within an enterprise environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and/or macOS environments and common office productivity tools.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both technical teams and non-technical end users.
Problem Solving:
A methodical approach to identifying and resolving hardware and software issues.
Preferred Attributes
Experience working in a project-based or dispatch-style technical support environment.
Familiarity with remote support tools and IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms.
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator).
