Do you have a passion for having a real impact on people's health and well‑being? If so, we are looking for someone like you to join our Orthopaedics‑Reconstruction team.
Responsibilities
Assist the Reconstruction Sales Team within an assigned territory and hospital accounts.
Scheduling operative cases and securing necessary inventory for those cases.
Observe and consult the surgical team on Smith+Neu instrumentation and implants.
Complete logistical requirements associated with each case.
Assimilate and learn a high level of technical information related to surgery and procedures.
Develop an effective territory business plan to generate revenue and meet or exceed quota.
Build positive relationships with surgeons, KOLs, hospital staff, and teammates to enhance customer access.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of two (2) years of professional sales experience.
Valid driver’s license applicable to current residence.
Team‑oriented with high attention to detail and flexibility to work untraditional hours.
Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and resourceful with a passion for learning joint reconstruction.
Travel Requirements Within designated sales territory with 2–4 overnight trips per month and infrequent national travel for events and conferences.

Compensation The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $65,000 USD annually. Base pay is based on experience, location, and other factors, and is typically not at the high end of the range initially. In addition to base compensation, the role is eligible for sales commission and incentives based on set targets.
