Designing and delivering enablement programs, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Specialist will enhance the effectiveness of Sales and Customer Operations teams by managing cross-functional initiatives and leveraging AI-enabled tools throughout the customer lifecycle. Key responsibilities
Independently lead and manage cross-functional enablement initiatives aligned with North American commercial priorities Design and deliver AI-enabled learning pathways to enhance productivity for Sales and Customer Operations teams Build and continuously improve commercial enablement programs that support onboarding and ongoing capability development
Required qualifications
3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a related commercial role Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders Experience with generative AI tools or platforms to enhance learning and onboarding Strong communication skills for delivering engaging learning sessions to diverse audiences Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or similar commercial environments with a focus on data analytics for program evaluation
