PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee Quality Inspections of General Contractor and sub trades on behalf of the Owner
These duties include signing off of ITPs and check sheets with respect to completion of work
Reviewing as built documentation and ensuring it is being completed
Oversight of all NDE
Visual inspections of welding and general fabrication and tracking repairs
Witness testing Hydro testing flushing etc.
Reviewing and assisting General Contractor with Construction Hand over documentation and being a sign off authority for acceptance
Punch listing close out verifications
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
10+ years of experience in construction required
