Lead and develop staff by allocating work, setting expectations, resolving issues, and ensuring timely completion of departmental initiatives. Inspire and grow your team by identifying development opportunities and removing barriers to success. Provide clinical support by performing Respiratory Therapy duties as needed. Qualifications:Associates Degree in Respiratory Care required Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of related work experience required 2+ year of leadership experience preferred Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license for the state of Wisconsin
