Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead operations at The Shoals at Chickamauga Lake in Chattanooga, TN.

What You'll Do

  • Lead all day-to-day operations of a multifamily apartment community
  • Drive occupancy, leasing, and resident retention goals
  • Manage property budgets, expenses, and financial performance
  • Oversee rent collections and delinquency management
  • Supervise, coach, and develop leasing and maintenance team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations
  • Build positive relationships with residents while maintaining high customer service standards

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
  • Experience managing budgets, collections, leasing, and resident relations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Entrata experience preferred
  • Results-driven mindset with a commitment to resident satisfaction
