Additional Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high‑school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).
Compensation & Benefits
Comprehensive classroom and field training program.
Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps and short sales cycle—3 business days) as well as monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
