We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our team. This is an opportunity for a sales professional to thrive in a performance-based environment, building long-term recurring income while helping small businesses succeed online. Key Highlight:
No cold calling required – you’ll work with warm, inbound leads who have already expressed interest in our services. Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion Follow up with warm inbound leads through phone calls, emails, and scheduled consultations Qualify prospects and understand their digital marketing needs and challenges Present Centerlock Media’s service offerings including SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations Guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact to contract signing Relationship Building Build rapport and trust with potential clients through consultative selling approaches Understand each prospect’s business goals, target audience, and marketing objectives Provide educational value about digital marketing strategies and solutions Maintain ongoing communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle Sales Process Management Manage and update lead information in CRM system Track all prospect interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities Prepare and send customized proposals and service agreements Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure smooth client onboarding Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Client Success Focus Ensure new clients have realistic expectations about deliverables and timelines Facilitate smooth handoffs to the account management team Maintain relationships with closed clients to encourage referrals and testimonials Participate in client success initiatives to maximize retention rates Required Qualifications
Location: US or UK-based with reliable internet connection (EST time zone strongly preferred) Experience: 2+ years in sales and/or marketing roles preferred Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Technology: Proficient with CRM systems, video conferencing tools, and basic computer applications Schedule: Ability to work standard business hours and be available for client calls during peak times Mindset: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with commission-based compensation Strongly Preferred
Background working with small business owners and entrepreneurs Understanding of digital marketing concepts and terminology Experience with consultative sales approaches Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Familiarity with marketing agency operations and service delivery Commission Structure
