This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering a major landmark hotel development in Central Dublin, with long-term career progression across a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects.
Role Overview The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle delivery of mechanical services on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
You will coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and the client while providing strong leadership to the site and installation teams.
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day mechanical and plumbing works on a major hotel project Lead coordination between design teams, subcontractors, and site personnel Oversee planning, scheduling, procurement, and budget control Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards Review technical drawings, specifications, and identify value-engineering opportunities Report on project progress, risks, and deliverables to senior management Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally on site Requirements Trade xyswxtq or degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, Building Services, or related discipline Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale mechanical building services projects Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical installations Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment For more information, please get in touch with Jonny Derby on or
