Ready to play a key role in the quality performance of a strategic vaccine production site? Join Sanofi in Val-de-Reuil as a QA SPECIALIST. Under the responsibility of the PCU Leader, you will work in the liquid formulation building as the primary contact for all quality-related issues. You are the guarantor of the respect of the quality rules in force and contribute, within the existing teams, to the maintenance of the performance of our activities and to the market launch of products with high stakes. Management of quality events in collaboration with support teams: identify root causes and take action to limit new occurrences by implementing effective corrective actions. On-site intervention close to the operational staff: collect essential information for fact-finding in case of quality events, support production on quality culture, prepare audits and inspections by ensuring the maintenance of practices and premises at the right level. Management of quality documentation and production: review and approve documents related to the activities of the Quality Assurance and Production services. Project follow-up: contribute to the success of projects by providing quality expertise throughout the implementation phases. Confirmation of commercial batches: ensure the continuity of the market launch of products with a strong impact for populations. About You
Experience Experience acquired in production, quality control or Quality Assurance Education Pharmacy degree Technical Skills Good knowledge of BPF/BPD and quality processes. Mastery of batch release. Relational Skills Autonomy and rigor Proactivity, propose innovative solutions and anticipate potential issues Versatility, comfortable working on several sectors of activity simultaneously Collaboration, natural team and cross-functional work with excellent interpersonal skills Organization, ability to prioritize tasks and synthesize information effectively Languages B1 English level minimum (written and oral).
