Elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority. Provide best‑in‑class product offerings through Mattress Firm selling programs. Execute digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience. Build strong relationships, ensuring the customer remains at the center. Serve as subject matter expert, delivering technical and product knowledge to customers. Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives. Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, resolving issues and sending delivery reminders. Maintain awareness of competition, advertising, and competitor services. Leverage social media to increase brand awareness and sales. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. Benefits
