About the position Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline, the company has reached the stage where an experienced professional can step in and fully own the function.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of onboarding new clients, from lead generation and prospecting through to closing.
Responsibilities include: Identifying, targeting, and developing new business opportunities across commercial and industrial energy markets Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding needs to deliver tailored energy solutions Delivering sales presentations, proposals, and tender submissions Partnering with internal teams to close engagements, ensure smooth onboarding, and maintain high service standards Consistently achieving and exceeding agreed sales targets and KPIs Staying up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments within the energy sector What we are looking for Given the professional nature of the business and the opportunity to shape this role, it is essential that the successful candidate has strong B2B sales or business development experience.
