CertaPro Painters of Louisville-Metro is looking for someone who likes people, follows through, and wants to build a long-term career in sales and relationship management.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk sales job.
You’ll be out in the community meeting property managers, facility managers, healthcare facilities, business owners, and other commercial clients who regularly need painting work done.
Over time, the goal is simple: Become the person they call first when they need painting.
Compensation
Uncapped commission
Realistic first-year earnings: $65K–$75K+
Higher earnings are possible for strong performers who consistently build relationships and a pipeline

You’ll have support, training, and a real team behind you
What You’ll Be Doing
Building relationships with commercial property managers, facility managers, and business owners
Meeting Clients who need painting on an ongoing basis
Following up consistently and staying organized
Keeping track of leads and follow-ups in our CRM
Attending networking events and getting involved in the local business community
Creating estimates using our software (we’ll train you)
Working closely with our production team to make sure projects run smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Someone organized and dependable
Good with people and comfortable starting conversations
Motivated and self-directed
Strong follow-through
Comfortable working out in the field instead of sitting in an office all day
Sales, business development, account management, hospitality, property management, or relationship-building experience is helpful
