Practice OverviewSeeking a BE/BC Pediatric Hospitalist to join a well-established, collaborative pediatric care team serving northern Nevada and northeastern California: Provide pediatric inpatient ward coverage on a 30-bed unit Perform newborn nursery examinations Conduct Emergency Department pediatric consultations Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including subspecialists and intensivists Work closely with a 16-bed PICU staffed by dedicated pediatric intensivists Participate in teaching and education of pediatric residents and medical students Academic affiliation with the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine High-quality, patient-centered care in a Level II Trauma Center

Required Qualifications MD or DO Äî Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics Äî required Active Nevada medical license or willingness to obtain Äî required DEA Äî required, must be obtained prior to start, no exemptions CSR/CDS Äî required, must be obtained prior to start, no exemptions Clean malpractice and medical license history Äî highly preferred NPDB Self-Query Report within 30 days Äî required, no exemptions Willingness to relocate or current residence in the area Äî must be noted at submission
