An opportunity is available for a skilled and reliable IT Field Technician to support end users across office locations. This role is focused on delivering responsive, hands‑on technical support, resolving day‑to‑day IT issues, and ensuring all workplace technology operates efficiently and effectively.
Core Responsibiliti
esProvide on-site technical support for end-user devices including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile equipme
ntDiagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network-related issu
esSet up, configure, and maintain user workstations and office technology to
olTroubleshoot connectivity issues such as Wi‑Fi, VPN access, and local network proble
msSupport hardware rollouts, upgrades, replacements, and system refresh initiativ
esMaintain accurate tracking of IT assets and assist with inventory manageme
ntManage incoming support requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely resoluti
onSupport employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment setup and access provisioni
ngRecord detailed documentation of incidents, solutions, and technical procedur
esRequired Experience & Sk
ills2–5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or field technician r
olesStrong troubleshooting skills with Windows operating systems and standard business applicat

icesBasic understanding of core networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and
