Introductie
Ben jij een ervaren TOPdesk Consultant met een passie voor service management en het optimaliseren van IT-processen? Bij Cegeka DEX (Digital Employee eXperience) krijg je de kans om impact te maken bij toonaangevende klanten én jezelf te ontwikkelen binnen een sterk expertiseteam. Als TOPdesk Consultant adviseer, ontwerp en implementeer je slimme oplossingen in TOPdesk. Je helpt organisaties hun processen te stroomlijnen en vertaalt complexe klantvragen naar heldere, werkbare oplossingen.
- Je begeleidt organisaties bij de implementatie en inrichting van TOPdesk
- Je adviseert klanten over procesverbeteringen (ITIL/servicemanagement)
- Je runt zelfstandig projecten en schakelt actief met stakeholders
- Je schrijft inhoudelijke documentatie en handleidingen
- Je werkt voor een breed scala aan klanten vanuit ons team in Zoetermeer en op locatie
- Je maakt deel uit van ons TOPdesk Service Management Solutions, waar kennisdeling en samenwerking centraal staan
Wat breng jij mee?
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau
- 2+ jaar ervaring met ITSM tooling, bij voorkeur TOPdesk
- Affiniteit met ITIL en servicemanagementprocessen
- Ervaring met het geven van trainingen of gebruikersuitleg
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve, resultaatgerichte werkhouding
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
