About Your New Job Prepare and present product costings for both new and existing products to inform pricing and go/no-go recommendations.
Own commercial and financial reporting: track exchange rates, freight, and delivery costs, and keep key stakeholders alert to trends and cost drivers.
Analyse annual labour costs, manage product bills of materials, and ensure accurate allocation of costs.
Lead the monthly reporting cycle, providing insights into sales, margins, contribution, and performance.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Purchasing teams to drive profitability and commercial optimisation.
Oversee and participate in stocktakes, ensuring robust inventory and cost records.
What Skills You Need 3-5 years cost accounting experience in a similar environment.
Strong Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, data formatting and presentation).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Professional Accounting qualification.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work with senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical ability, commercial awareness, and attention to detail.
Initiative, independence, and a proactive approach to your responsibilities.
