Job Description Salary range: $14.75 to $15.50 per hour (approximately $30,640 – $32,380 annual). This position is eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
Responsibilities
Generate leads and close agreements.
Process renewal payments.
Physically handle merchandise to maintain showroom floors.
Build long‑lasting customer and vendor relationships.
Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
Assist General Manager with operational functions.
Assist with deliveries when a driver is not available.
Qualifications What You Need:
Strong interpersonal skills.
Aptitude for marketing.
Desire to make a difference for customers.
Additional Requirements:
Age 21 years old (18 in Canada).
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
At least two years of college or previous management experience preferred.
Valid state driver’s license; meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.).
Flexible schedule with availability between 8am to 9pm.
Able to perform physical job, including lifting to 50lbs without help and 300lbs with a dolly.
