We are hiring a Sales Account Manager at Resell CNC for high-ticket B2B equipment sales with a quick 1-to-7-day sales cycle. If you have crushed it in vacation ownership, pharmaceutical or medical device sales, solar, pest control, or any high-activity D2D environment, you already have the skills to win here. Top closers, this is your next move. First-year earning potential of $100,000. Top reps earning $250,000 or more. No commission cap. The Sales Cycle: 1 to 7 Days This is not pharma. If you are coming from a 3-to-12-month sales cycle, you will close more deals in your first 90 days here than you did in your first year there. Fast decisions, fast wins, fast commission checks. What You'll Do Own the full sales process from outreach to close Engage prospects via phone and email with confidence and urgency Build trust quickly, understand client needs, and close with conviction Maintain a robust pipeline of buyers and sellers Manage activity and pipeline in Salesforce CRM Job Requirements: Who Thrives Here You know your call count yesterday and your close rate this month without checking You see "no" as a step toward yes, not a stop sign You will pick up the phone for the 60th time today after 59 rejections You want to control your income, not have it controlled for you You have closed in any of: vacation ownership, pharmaceutical or medical device sales, door-to-door (solar, pest, roofing, telecom), insurance, mortgage or lending, financial services, B2B SaaS or software sales, car sales, ADP or Paychex-style services sales, recruiting and staffing, or any other high-activity, commission-driven environment Qualifications Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and CRM-based pipeline management Strong written and verbal communication Willing to learn the CNC and manufacturing industry.
