Role Overview Job Type: Regular Work. Location: Best Buy 129 - Roseville, CA 95678. Pay: $18.00 per hour. Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs. Position Summary Assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in your local big-box retailer. Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs. Build rapport with customers and professional relationships with store management and employees. Day in the Life Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy Engage and build rapport with customers Maintain relationships with management and staff within assigned store Train retail store associates on HP products and services Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness Report and provide competitive insights Benefits Stable, weekly schedule. Next day pay on-demand with DailyPay. Friday + Saturday & Sunday availability. Paid online training. $25 per month technology reimbursement. Responsibilities Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments Maintain professional interaction with both customers and employees Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis Welcome customers and offer assistance with courtesy Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products Advise customers by providing information on products and services Help customers make selections by building confidence Accurately document and report sales Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Accurately track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional, and presentable Submit all paperwork completely and accurately Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience Knowledge of products and services Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed Ability to maintain customer confidentiality Problem-solving, tech-savvy enthusiast with an outgoing personality Comfortable engaging customers and demonstrating products with training Experience in retail experience or customer service in electronics, tech or wireless (a plus) Training or product demonstration experience (a plus) 1-year job experience required Equal Opportunity 2020 Companies is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
