De positie
Als Benelux GL Accountant maak je deel uit van het Benelux Accounting team, bestaande uit vijf collega’s. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Senior Accountant Benelux en bent verantwoordelijk voor de administraties van zowel de Nederlandse als Belgische entiteit. Vanuit kantoor Almere speel je een sleutelrol in een organisatie die volop inzet op procesoptimalisatie en automatisering.
In deze rol ben je niet alleen uitvoerend sterk, maar draag je ook actief bij aan het verder professionaliseren van onze financiële processen.
Kernverantwoordelijkheden van de functie:
- Provisiebeheer: Het boeken en opvolgen van provisierekeningen voor algemene en logistieke kosten.
- Investeringen: Beheer van investeringsprojecten en berekening van maandelijkse afschrijvingen.
- Omzet- en voorraadreconciliatie: Verantwoordelijk voor de maandelijkse afstemming van omzet- en voorraadbewegingen.
- Maandafsluiting: Assisteren bij maand- en periodieke afsluitingen, in nauwe samenwerking met het Benelux Controlling team.
- BTW- en intracommunautaire aangiftes: Opmaak en indiening van BTW‑aangiftes en ICP‑opgaven voor meerdere landen.
- Budgetproces: Een inhoudelijke bijdrage leveren aan het jaarlijkse budgetproces.
- Rapportages: Tijdige opmaak en indiening van diverse enquêtes, waaronder CBS‑ en Intrastat‑rapportages.
- Jaarrekening en audit: Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van jaarrekeningen en tijdens controles door de externe accountant.
- Factuurverwerking: Dagelijks verwerken van automatisch geüploade inkoopfacturen in SAP.
- Balansspecificaties: Opstellen van balansspecificaties en uitvoeren van reconciliaties.

Wat breng jij
- Afgeronde Hbo-opleiding in een financiële richting
- Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare accountingfunctie
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
- Ervaring met SAP is een pre
- Cijfermatig sterk en in staat om complexe gegevens te analyseren
- Ervaring met werken in projecten en procesverbetering
- Bereid om in een internationale omgeving te werken
- Samenwerkingsgericht en communicatief sterk
- Neemt initiatief, is leergierig en denkt actief mee
- Kan goed presteren onder strakke deadlines en behoudt overzicht
Aanbod
