Position Senior Living Coordinator (Full Time)
Location Kansas City, Missouri
Compensation Starting Salary: $49,900 to $52,500 plus monthly sales bonuses. Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000.
Shift Schedule Monday through Friday with rotating weekends, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities
Be an empathetic empathizer: create human connection with potential residents and family members during a potentially stressful and emotional time.
Communicate knowledge: ensure information regarding leads is entered accurately and thoroughly into database and that leads are provided all necessary and helpful information about senior living, as well as next‑step options in their current search.
Lead base liaison: strategically cultivate leads through use of phone calls, CFUs, tours, and home visits, ensuring all efforts are accurately catalogued in the lead base.
Hospitable host: ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and visits to community events.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record as per the insurance carrier’s policy.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a 12th grade proficiency.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Positive and energetic attitude who will love our residents.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem‑solving skills if needed.
Criminally cleared.
Good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Health screening by physician within six months before or seven days after employment; must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
