Als Planner Bouw bij Heddes speel jij een belangrijke in het bouwproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle fasen van een project logisch op elkaar aansluiten en binnen de gestelde tijd verlopen. Met jouw strakke planningen, overzicht en coördinatie kunnen onze teams optimaal presteren. Je schakelt makkelijk met collega’s en externe partijen en houdt de voortgang scherp in de gaten. Dit krijg je ervoor terug:
- Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de €3000,- en €4400,- op basis van 40 uur;
- 26 vakantiedagen op basis van 40 uur;
- 17 Atv-dagen;
- 13e maand;
- Arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de cao Bouw & Infra;
- Veel vrijheid en afwisseling in je werk – jij bepaalt je dagindeling en werkt aan uitdagende bouwprojecten.

Wat ga je doen?
Als Planner Bouw bij Heddes ben jij van grote waarde in elk bouwproject. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden logisch op elkaar aansluiten en dat deadlines haalbaar én realistisch zijn. Vanaf het eerste schetsontwerp tot en met de oplevering ben jij betrokken bij het plannen, bewaken en bijsturen van het proces. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders, uitvoerders en externe partners. Dankzij jouw scherpe inzicht, overzicht en coördinatie kunnen onze teams doelgericht en efficiënt bouwen.
Jouw taken op een rij
- Opstellen, bewaken en actualiseren van integrale projectplanningen;
- Analyseren van projectfaseringen en signaleren van knelpunten of risico’s;
- Afstemmen van planningen met projectteam, uitvoering en externe partijen;
- Meedenken over een optimale inzet van mensen, middelen en materieel;
- Monitoren van voortgang en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig voor een voorspoedig verloop.
Dit breng jij mee:
- Afgeronde MBO en/of HBO opleiding richting Bouwkunde;
- Minimaal 4 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen de (utilitaire) woningbouw;
- Kennis van uitvoeringsmethodieken, bouwrecht en bouwvoorschriften;
- Jij houdt moeiteloos overzicht, beheert tekeningen en informatie strak en zorgt dat alles op tijd geregeld is;
- Goede beheersing de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
