Join a Fast-Growing Food & Beverage Brand! We are looking for an energetic, relationship-driven, and ambitious Field Sales Representative to expand our presence across New York and New Jersey. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in the field, enjoy building strong client relationships, and are passionate about the Food & Beverage industry.
You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and representing our brand directly with juice bars, coffee shops, restaurants, cafés, and other food service businesses.
If you have experience in food distribution, outside sales, or work as a Food Broker, we would love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Prospect and develop new accounts within the food service industry
Visit juice bars, coffee shops, restaurants, cafés, and specialty stores
Present products, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Conduct follow-up calls and post-sales support
Manage and grow an active client portfolio
Reactivate inactive accounts and identify upselling opportunities
Plan efficient sales routes and client visits
Keep CRM records and sales reports updated
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Share market insights, customer feedback, and industry trends with internal teams
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in field sales, outside sales, food distribution, or Food Brokerage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
Preferred Qualifications
Existing relationships within the Food & Beverage industry
Experience selling to restaurants, cafés, juice bars, or distributors
Knowledge of route planning and territory management
Understanding of sales KPIs and account growth strategies
