Work Designation
If you live within 50 miles of the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, this role will be hybrid. You will be expected to work in the office for at least 60% of the work week and from home for the remaining portion. Details of this schedule will be discussed with your leadership.
If you live more than 50 miles from the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, this role will be remote. You will be expected to work from home within the continental U.S. Remote work may include occasional office visits based on business needs, with advance communication.

Education & Experience Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
4+ years of relevant business systems analyst or related experience
Practical experience using MS Access, SQL, SOQL/Salesforce, or working knowledge of relational databases
Ability to apply statistical and research methods to system issues, review complex data, and derive summaries
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Communicate and present complex technical concepts simply and effectively to non-technical team members
Participate in identifying opportunities that impact business strategy and system performance
Work with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
Collaborate with the business and Digital Services to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
Conduct systems analysis with a focus on technical process models and use cases
Provide testing support and analysis for resolutionAssess long-term needs, perform gap analysis, and make future-state recommendations
Serve as a project team member for projects of simple to moderate scope and complexity
Perform additional duties as required
Total Rewards The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $100,000. This range is specific to the job and considers factors such as education, experience, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. The range is intended to provide future growth potential and is not typically at the top of the range at hire. Total compensation includes potential incentive pay or benefits, which are disclosed separately. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, healthcare flexible spending, dependent-care flexible spending, supplemental policies (Accident, Cancer, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity) at no cost to employees, 401(k) plans, annual bonuses, and opportunity to purchase company stock.
