End‑User Support & IT Operations Serve as a primary point of contact for end‑user technical support across hardware, software, network, and SaaS platforms
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and professional manner
Provide white‑glove support for leadership and key stakeholders as needed
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning, device setup, and access control
IT Asset Management & Procurement Manage the procurement of IT equipment, including laptops, peripherals, networking hardware, and accessories
Maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets, including tracking lifecycle, assignments, and status
Establish and enforce asset management processes, including tagging, auditing, and reporting
Coordinate device provisioning, imaging, deployment, and recovery
Work with vendors to source equipment, manage orders, and optimize cost and availability
Service Desk Development & Documentation Develop and maintain clear, scalable IT documentation including:
Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Knowledge base articles
Troubleshooting guides
Design and implement foundational processes for a future service desk/help desk function
Evaluate and implement ticketing systems, workflows, and SLAs
Establish best practices for incident management, request fulfillment, and escalation paths
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive support tasks and improve operational efficiency
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience working in a startup environment
Proven experience administering Ubiquiti network infrastructure
Hands‑on experience with Cisco networking equipment (routing, switching, firewall configuration)
Experience working within Microsoft GCC High environments
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure (identity, compute, networking, and security)
Experience supporting and administering: Zoom
Slack
Notion
Microsoft Teams
Strong troubleshooting skills across network, systems, SaaS platforms, and end‑user environments
Experience providing direct end‑user support in a professional setting
Experience managing IT equipment procurement and maintaining asset inventory systems
Experience creating technical documentation and operational processes
Preferred Qualifications Experience building or scaling a help desk or IT support function from the ground up
Experience with ITSM or ticketing platforms, including Atlassian Jira (Jira Service Management preferred)
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, CMMC, FedRAMP)
Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Bash, or similar)
Experience with endpoint management and security tools
