Der Technische Supporter Fab Components & Services (m/w/d) ist verantwortlich für die Fehlerbehebung, Instandhaltung und Aufbereitung von Implanterkomponenten sowie für unterstützende mechanische Tätigkeiten im Komponentenservice. Die Position arbeitet eng mit internen technischen Fachbereichen zusammen und stellt die Verfügbarkeit sowie die ordnungsgemäße Dokumentation von Komponenten sicher.
Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Durchführung von Instandhaltungs‑ und Reparaturarbeiten an Bauteilen der Implanter‑ und Vakuumtechnik
- Unterstützung beim Pumpenservice
- Ausführung unterstützender mechanischer Tätigkeiten in der Fab (z. B. Regale, Tische, ...)
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Instandhaltungs- und Servicetechnikern
- Durchführung von Fehleranalysen sowie Erstellung und Pflege der Service- und Reparaturdokumentation
- Identifikation und nachhaltige Beseitigung wiederkehrender Fehlermechanismen
- Sicherstellung der Lagerhaltung sowie der Ersatzteil- und Komponentenverfügbarkeit
- Verwaltung und Kennzeichnung geprüfter und freigegebener Ersatzkomponenten
- Fachliche Beratung von Operatoren und Technikern zu Implanterkomponenten und Wartungsprozessen
- Einhaltung aller relevanten Sicherheits-, Arbeits- und Umweltschutzvorschriften
Besondere Arbeitsbedingungen
- Tätigkeiten mit Umgang mit mutagenen bzw. genverändernden Stoffen
- Einsatz ausschließlich nach erfolgreicher Teilnahme an der arbeitsmedizinischen Vorsorge gemäß der Arbeitsmedizinischen Vorsorgeverordnung (ArbMedVV)
- Verpflichtende Teilnahme an regelmäßigen arbeitsmedizinischen Folgeuntersuchungen
- Atemschutztauglichkeit ist zwingende Voraussetzung
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Englischkenntnisse auf Grundlagenniveau
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
