You currently reside in the Phoenix Metro area and you know your way around You have at least 1-2 years of field work experience and you like it Early experience in inspections, surveying, superintendent work or project management is great You can read construction drawings and documents You can keep yourself organized and on time You are equal parts team player and lone wolf You have a valid in-state driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation You can confidently operate a computer, tablet, and smartphone and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software
