As we grow, we are adding strategic roles to enhance our team. The IT Systems Administrator role will provide support to and will report to the Director of Operations at CyKor. Role And Responsibilities
Assist employees with computer hardware and software related issues Install and configure software and hardware Administer various SaaS applications Identity & Access management Mobile device and patch management Troubleshoot issues and outages Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies Interact with employees to assist in troubleshooting and providing technical support when needed Perform routine/scheduled audits of IT systems & applications Help to identify areas for improvement and make solution recommendations Requirements
2-3 years' experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role Experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune Experience managing Apple MacOS, iOS Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as a team Ability to follow through with tasks, projects, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing IT operations best practices Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude Preferred Skills
Experience managing Cisco security products – AnyConnect, Umbrella, Secure Endpoint, Duo Experience managing Cisco network devices Programming or scripting experience Cybersecurity experience i.e. vulnerability scanning and identification Salesforce administration experience Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms What We Offer
