Key Requirements
Strong hands‑on experience supporting Windows11 (LTSC preferred) in enterprise environments
Mandatory experience with Microsoft Intune (device management, app deployment, policies)
Solid Active Directory experience including centrally managed profiles
Practical experience building and supporting Hybrid AzureAD Join environments
PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting
Application packaging and enterprise software distribution experience
Experience with Windows OS patch testing, deployment, and compliance review
Exposure to high‑uptime / factory or multi‑shift environments preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide break/fix support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Re‑image systems and install/configure applications
Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, and enterprise applications
Support patching, imaging, and configuration standards
Handle high‑priority incidents under time pressure
Coordinate with vendors for escalations and hardware replacements
Document incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow / Remedy
Maintain and update technical documentation; participate in meetings and reviews
Generic Managerial Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially for technical documentation and meeting notes
Excellent time management and prioritization skills, particularly in high‑pressure support situations
Strong collaboration skills to work across infrastructure, security, imaging, and vendor teams
Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non‑technical users
Willingness to take ownership and drive issues to closure in enterprise environments
Qualifications BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
Salary Base Salary Range: $60,000 to $70,000 Per Annum
