This role is for a Junior Data Analyst responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making through data collection, analysis, validation, and reporting. In this position, you will assist in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support business operations, performance monitoring, and strategic initiatives. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will work with datasets from multiple sources, helping to clean, organize, and prepare data for analysis. You will support senior analysts or cross-functional teams by performing structured analyses, identifying basic trends and patterns, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Key responsibilities include maintaining datasets, performing data validation checks, and assisting with routine analytical tasks. You will help generate reports, dashboards, and summaries that communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will collaborate with teams across departments to understand data requirements, support reporting needs, and contribute to ongoing analytics projects. This role provides exposure to real-world data workflows, business metrics, and analytical processes, making it ideal for individuals looking to develop foundational data analysis skills.
