Support business growth and operational excellence by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate actionable insights. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that help stakeholders monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of datasets.
Analyze key performance indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations based on data‑driven findings.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support forecasting, process optimization, performance monitoring, and strategic initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and business outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in spreadsheets, data analysis tools, reporting platforms, and data visualization software. Familiarity with SQL, database concepts, statistical methodologies, and data management practices is advantageous. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights. Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Knowledge of business intelligence, reporting frameworks, data governance, and performance measurement principles is a plus.
