Staff, train and manage a team of Discovery sales associates to meet or exceed budgeted sales goals while ensuring that the sales processes are conducted in compliance with all regulations and with integrity. Coach and counsel team members to improve skills and address performance. Responsibilities and Duties
Motivate the sales team to achieve the highest level of performance through effective leadership and established best practices. Establish written individual goals and monitor performance on a daily basis to recognize excellence and coach weaknesses. Train each member of the team in the selling method developed by the Company. Monitor the sales process to ensure that sales are achieved by the prescribed selling method and with the highest level of integrity. Administer company policies and processes in a consistent, fair and equitable manner. Qualifications
Knowledge of all programs sold and complete understanding of contract standards. Proven ability to close sales without assistance. Strong leadership ability, motivational skills and enthusiasm. Track record of strong work ethic and integrity with a sincere desire to make a difference. Positive and upbeat "can do" attitude. Benefits

Generally starting at $47,500 - $47,500 per year plus commissions and bonuses. The actual salary rate of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
