Job Summary Senior IT Business Systems Analyst – Hybrid team member based in St. Petersburg, FL. The role requires 50% on‑site presence at the corporate office and is not eligible for work‑visa sponsorship. Key Responsibilities Support production issues for Control‑M BMC jobs and other critical systems, ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and application vendors to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Gather, define, and document business requirements; translate business needs into detailed technical specifications. Analyze processes and produce process flows and system outputs. Develop training curricula and materials for new and existing functionality. Assist in project planning and execution using established project management tools, contributing to or leading projects. Communicate complex business processes clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience 3–5 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience; background in the financial services industry is preferred. Proficiency in requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Experience with TFS or Jira preferred. Experience with job scheduling tools such as BMC Control‑M or similar tools. SQL experience for data validation and investigation. Experience with Alteryx workflow development is preferred. Experience with user‑based AI tools is a plus. Education & Certifications Required: High School diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer and Information Science, or related field. No certifications required. Other Information Hybrid work style; 25% travel. Provide flexibility for non‑standard work hours, including nights, weekends, and on‑call responsibilities as needed.
