WhatYou’llDo
Support the delivery of technology projects across cloud, data, software, and platform initiatives.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Oversee cross-functional application development teams, driving project planning, execution, risk management, dependency tracking, and successful delivery within Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and contribute to project documentation and reporting.
Support application development initiatives from requirements through deployment, serving as the Solution Owner and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with technical execution.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI for meeting notes and documentation, automation for status reporting, predictive tools for risk tracking) to improve delivery speed and quality.
Work closely with senior consultants and project leads to ensure alignment with delivery best practices.
WhatYou’llBring
3+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally in a consulting or client-facing environment.
Familiarity with agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Exposure to AI-enabled tools that support project delivery and team productivity.
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from senior team members and clients.
PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., business, technology, engineering).

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary pay range for Consultant is $9 0 ,000 - $1 12 ,000 . The targeted base salary range for Senior Consultant is $115,000-$142,000 . In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
